Eligibility

For KPLS: 
All confirmed employees having salary account with us and having continuous service of minimum 3 years

Limit & Margin

For KPLS:
Gross Annual Income Range (It is to be calculated on the basis of average of last six month salary) Maximum Loan 

• Rs. 2.00 lakh to Rs. 5.00 lakh: Rs. 5.00 lakh 
• Rs. 5.00 lakh to Rs. 12.00 lakh: Rs. 12.00 lakh
• Above Rs. 12.00 lakh: Up to Rs. 20.00 lakh

Security: Nil

Repayment

For KPLS:
Maximum in 60 EMIs

Deduction Criteria, if any

KPLS: 60% of gross income (65% in case of existing housing loan borrower)

• At 10.75% p.a.

Fees

KPLS:

• Processing Charges: 1.00% + GST (Min. Rs 1000/- & Max. Rs 10000/-)
• Documentation Charges: 0.20% + GST
